Cairo – Mubasher: Following are the major events to be seen by shareholders on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Monday:

• The Egyptian Company for Foods (BiscoMisr) will hold an extraordinary general meeting to discuss a proposal to delist the company’s stock voluntarily.
• Today is the record date for coupon No. 13 of Alexandria New Medical Center, to be paid at EGP 0.40 per share.
• EGX will start today trading on secondary shares of GB Auto to raise issued capital by EGP 958.7 million to EGP 1.1 billion from EGP 135.34 million.
• The economic court will hear today a lawsuit to impose legal custody on Delta Construction & Rebuilding.
